Who is responsible for your data: Sawai Hospitality (data controller).
What we collect: your name, optional gender, email address and mobile number, the time you accepted the event rules and the version you accepted, and the time your email was verified.
Why: event safety registration and a record of your consent to the event rules for Mono Kulture x Fort Barli. We do not use your details for marketing.
Who sees it: your details are shared with the venue and the organiser team (Fort Barli and Mono Kulture) for entry and safety purposes.
How long we keep it: deleted from our servers after the event once backed up.
